Teams around the School is a multi-disciplinary team approach providing support to children, young people and families in participating primary and secondary schools at an Early Help level to improve emotional health and wellbeing. We offer 1-1 emotional health and wellbeing sessions, using a goal-based outcome approach, that is young person led. Sessions offered in school and at our centres.
