In February 2019 the Volunteering Team conducted a survey to understand how volunteers have felt about their volunteer experience in 2018.
We could not do what we do without our volunteers so ensuring they have the best possible experience is very important to us. In general, the feedback was very positive, and we saw improvements in most areas evaluated. We also received some constructive feedback surrounding training, progression and support which, will help to focus the Volunteering Team’s development in 2019.
Thank you to all the volunteers who gave us their feedback and to those who volunteered in 2018. We look forward to working together with you to make the volunteering experience even better in 2019.
